First Steps
The first step is to get rid of the concept of ”I”. ”I am so pissed.” ”I am so depressed.” Etc. Instead ”there is anger”, ”there is depression”. We say this during meditation.
In this light, we can then address the issues at a fundamental level objectively without a clouded mind.
