People always say ”think outside the box”. My question is, who put the box there in the beginning? Was it your mind? Was it the minds of others? Who made the box the limitation on which we base our way of thinking?

There is no box. There is no limitation aside from the ones we give ourselves. There is no base. There is no preconceived notion to the mind that accepts the universe and all it offers as a whole, with no opinion attached.

Therefore, there is nothing of which we must think outside, inside, over, under, whatever.
